This Is It!

Hello Kaplan students! This is it, the final blog for this term. In our writing class we have learned proper writing techniques and format. The number one thing that I think would be beneficial to someone who is writing a paper is to organize and complete an outline for the paper they are preparing to write. Outlining helps you organize and have an understanding of what your paper is going to say. When entering this class I had only a small idea of what is expected of me when writing a paper but now feel that I have a better understanding of what a proper paper should look like. Now moving on to another term I hope what I learned in this class will help me prepare me for my future classes. I wish everyone luck in their future classes and careers.

Unit 9! One more Week!!

Hello everyone, it is good to be at the end of our term. I can say we all learned so much in this class regarding writing and interacting and exploring different techniques. I am still a nervous writer but my understanding of writing is better than when I started. However, my paper is not complete as of yet and I am nervous about turning in my paper late. I have been so busy this week due to the holidays not because I took time off but because my job gets very busy on holidays and it leaves me no time to study or do extra things. Next week things should slow down but then the term will be over so I need to set time to finish my paper. I wish everyone the best in their final grades and hopefully your papers are completed already and you are not behind like me.

Unit 8 The Process

The writing process is a very structured and thoughtful process. After writing and going over what is expected of us in school and in our paper I have come to terms that I need a lot of work and practice when it comes to writing. To some people it might come naturally and the words just flow but I seem to struggle with the formats, outlines, structure of paper and all the important things. I am glad that I did get a chance to take this class and have learned a great deal in this class. I love the feedback everyone gives and it seems we are here trying to be positive and uplift to our fellow classes mates. It has been a pleasure being in class with everyone.

As far as keeping my blog after class has finished, I will probably not continue to blog on this site due to my busy schedule. I will move on to another class and try to stay focused on what is expected of me in that class. Well you never know, maybe I will blog and keep in touch with some of the Kaplan students in the future.

Starting Over

Hello everyone at Kaplan, my blog disappeared so I am starting over. I can not sign into my old blog and when I asked to have the password sent to my email address I received an email saying that my account doesn't exist. So now that I am totally frustrated I am starting over and will request everyone as a friend to this blog and hopefully I will not have any problems with this new account.

As far as the first draft outline that we did in class, I was a little unsure of what we were suppose to hand in and my paper was too short. I would like some feedback and wouldn't mind giving anyone else feed back on their paper.
